TrenStar offers a range of mesh containers to meet the requirements of a variety of applications. Each container is manufactured from high tensile steel. The chassis and frame construction is so designed to accommodate heavy loads, of up to 1500 kg and this while itself being a relatively lightweight unit.

These Mesh Containers are extremely robust and are cladded with flat mesh to ensure the safekeeping of goods. All containers are hot dip galvanized to prevent corrosion and withstand almost all weather types. Added security is provided through its lockable front half drop-down gate and sealable lids. The containers can be stacked up to 4 high in transit and up to 8 high static (dependent on container type). The collapsible design further allows the empty containers to be stacked up to 2.4 m thereby optimizing return logistics. Each container has a four-way entry full perimeter base for easy pallet jack and forklift handling.

 

All TrenStar mesh cages are fitted with a unique identification number (either RFID or Bar Code) to facilitate tracking and tracing throughout the supply chain. All units also have their unique identification number engraved onto its chassis. These versatile units are used extensively in the mining, foundry and manufacturing industries.
